Payment and Contact Information

How do I place an order?

Contact us through an email inquiry or phone. Your questions are important us, however we might not be able to answer your call/email immediately due to our volume of orders

How far ahead do I need to place my custom order?

We recommended 4-6 weeks before your event, we do book up fast.

When do I pay?

A full payment is due at the time of placing your order. We accept card & cash. 

What methods of payment do you take?
We take cash, check and card. We are able to send an email invoice to pay by card. Any payments needing to be made that are over $150 must be paid by cash or check.
When and where do I pick up my order?

519 South Main Street, Saint Charles MO

If parking is limited, please call 5-15 minutes before your arrival and we will bring the order out to you.

Do you deliver?

Deliveries are an additional charge and are priced based on distance. Delivery is always recomended for cakes 3 tiers or larger to prevent damage.

We charge a delivery fee of $50/hr for wedding/tiered cakes or large bakery orders. This includes set-up and travel time, and requires a contract. We do not offer delivery for small orders at this time, but can recommend multiple courier services in Winnipeg.


What is your refund/cancellation policy?

If you cancel your order 21 days or more before the due date, you will receive a 90% refund. The 10% fee is for reserving that date. When we reserve y

Is there a minimum for cupcake orders?

Because of our small batch size, we ask that specialty flavors be ordered in quantities of one and a half dozen or more.

Can I rent cake stands?

Yes, a payment (valued at the stands price) is due at the time of rental. You will recieve a 50% refund when the stand is returned.  The stand must be returned within 5 days to recieve refund.

I sent a message on Friday afternoon.  When can I expect my call to be returned?

Fridays and Saturdays are the busiest days in the bakery. Please keep in mind during these busy days we are focusing on our orders and not usually able to answer the phone or check emails. We are closed on Sundays and Mondays, so we return all calls, messages and emails left during these days on Tuesdays.

Do you offer nut, egg or gluten free products?

We do use multiple nut and flour types in our kitchen.  We are unable to promise an allergen-free product.  For those with allergies, we recommend that you use caution in coming in contact with our products. You can order an allergen free or gluten free cake upon request but nothing is promised.

Do I freeze the top tier of my wedding cake?

No, don't ever do that! All wedding cake orders over $200 include a complimentary 6-inch cake that replicates the flavor and design of your wedding cake to celebrate your first anniversary. 

Am I limited to the cake designs on your website?

No! Those photographs are examples of work we've done in the past. If you have something in mind, we can create it as long as we are capable of it.

Do I need to refrigerate my cake?

Cakes iced in fondant or with fondant decorations should NOT be refrigerated! The fondant will melt.
Cakes iced in buttercream do not need refrigeration if they are to be served the same day; otherwise, refrigerate and then serve at room temperature.Cakes with cream cheese icing or filling must be refrigerated.
